Seas0nPass for Windows is free and open source. Please note this is ONLY for the Apple TV 2nd generation (720p version). Like the Mac version, Seas0nPass is a helpful tool that allows you to jailbreak your AppleTV with the latest firmware, and easily go through the 'tethered boot' process if needed. The team is however working on getting the untether working on the latest Apple TV firmware (6.0.2), but it is proving to be a challenge. Those who are not on 5.3 should not worry, as Apple is still signing Apple TV firmware 5.3! You can download that firmware from here. If you’re new to aTV Flash (black) you can learn more about everything it offers here. As mentioned previously this can be done from the iJailbreak Downloads Section. Download and run the new 2.4 version of aTV Flash (black) to reinstall. The first thing you will need to do is download Seas0nPass.

Open and run Seas0nPass normally, to update the Apple TV to 5.3 untethered.
Download the latest version of Seas0nPass.Double-check to ensure the backup is listed in the Restore From Backups menu. (Optional) Navigate to Maintenance > Settings > Manage Backups and create a new backup.
